Prices are too high, and the free weekend Saturday sampler is very hard to get at this location. And they don't offer rain checks for free items. It not the customer's fault that they didn't order enough items. Wow, nothing like putting the customer first.

This is a great city location. The staff is always working and willing to help. The lines are really never to bad. It can get crowded during the day. Also be aware of the red line people that like to cause chaos outside. Just mind your business!

Every deal is tied to the app and the app is annoying. It was difficult to find the bar code to scan. You have to clip every item and then some of the 2 for even less deals dont come through. I left my cart of food with the clerk for restocking. So annoyed.

I love their cookie cakes! This store has a lot of options. They have beer, hard liquor, bakery, sushi, fried chicken, produce, and meat. They sell gift cards, I- pass, and bus passes. They also sell lottery tickets, Red Box movies, and a key copy machine. They also sell bags of ice and Chicago souvenirs.

First time visiting a jewel grocery store this weekend… Definitely won’t be the last. We bought the most amazing brownie with a chocolate chip cookie layer on top at the bakery… Warmed it up in a microwave and OMG. So delicious! Also, Amazing deals, across-the-board!

Consistently bad service, store managers don’t care to help or improve or consider feedback, always out of stock of everything, aisles are impossible to search, aisles too skinny to fit more than 1 cart. Just a mess here and would prefer to pay infinitely more at Mariano’s than ever shop here again.
