This really goes for all Jewel-Osco locations. You've got customers spending HUNDREDS of dollars on groceries and you expect them to bag their groceries. Now there's lines forming because your customers are getting flustered worrying about packing their groceries properly. It's a joke.

I dislike having to give this location a bad rating because the in-store shopping experience is good but the pick-up is sooo bad. Consistently they make subs without asking or notifying you and you end up with $30-$50 of product you didn’t order and do not want. Very frustrating because it’s a waste of food.

Is this a grocery store or a dog store? The amount of unnecessary dogs in the store, barking and having dog meet and greets I would’ve thought it was a dog park. As someone who is highly allergic to dogs, please be more strict on your dog policies.

Excellent large grocery store. The best Jewel-Osco in Chicago. Very clean and organized. Has all your essentials. The fish counter also provides excellent cuts on their everyday fresh selection of salmon.

My fav grocery store to go to in west loop. More affordable compared to Mariano’s and whole foods(the online deals in app are a game changer). It’s clean, organized, and has all the essentials.

This Jewel is bright and clean. They have a bar which sometimes has live music (good). The managers are customer centric, on multiple occassions offering on their oqn accord price matching if there are out of stocks, or coupons just for shopping.

The service in the chicken and salad area is terrible. The people who serve you look unpleasant. The girl there gets angry when you order, as do the two guys in the area; they get angry if you order something. If they don't like it, they simply don't work there, that's all.
