A place where the locals go. Area is borderline seedy at night due to some rough sleepers in the general but vicinity but a perfect locale in the day. One of the great spots with bottomless mimosas and vegan options...definitely recommend... Also had some amazing tequila shots after breakfast.

Friendly service, lots of food options, great mimosas. The location is on Main St. so you might hear or see some interesting people. A lady was passing by yelling but other than that, it was nice to sit outside on the patio and it was overcast weather so it felt cool. The waitress was super friendly.
