Mimi's Cafe

We came down to pick up our annual Thanksgiving dinner box. They have a refrigerated trailer in the rear parking lot to store the boxes. You pre order them and they give you a 15 minute window to pick them up. We were early so we had lunch in the restaurant. I had the Jambalaya which was excellent.

Waited about 5 min before we were even greeted. After sitting down we received our food and drinks fast. Food was ok. I had the French pot roast and it tastes like beer. My daughter had the salmon which was dry. Everyone else's food was good. Server was nice

Today I enjoyed some breakfast for lunch. Their meals never disappoint! I came again on Veteran's day for a special treat. They provide any meal up to $20 as a thank you for all military members; just show your ID. If you haven't yet checked out this restaurant then I totally recommend it!

We had a large group of 15 and the waitress and other staff were very nice and accommodating. It was a big weekend for us with people from all over the country so we REALLY appreciated the patience and flexibility!

Big chain that's still kicking around. Used to love going to Mimi's as a kid. It's still good, and still charming. The food is alright, nothing too amazing. But consistent and still good for a nice meal. The service is friendly, but also the general vibe is sort of glum. Good prices on wine though 😉 …

So many things have changed from years ago when Mini's first opened. Still an OK place to stop for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Gone is the complimentary bread basket; now you pay if you want it. The portions are just so-so; not like when they first started.

Enjoyed a nice lunch here. The service was very good. The bread basket is always welcomed. My husband was disappointed with the "loaded potato" because it had very little cheese and no bacon.
